Saint Vincent College Ornithology Camp
Saint Vincent College is excited to host the third annual Ornithology Camp June 14th – 17th, 2026, on our campus in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. Participants will experience birds with hands-on activities that teach them how ornithological research is conducted and how it can be used to protect and care for birds in their own backyards. Students aged 13-18 are encouraged to sign up. Enrollment is open until we reach capacity at 12 students. Binoculars issued to each student for use during the camp.
Saint Vincent College Challenge Camp
Operated by the Saint Vincent Education Department, the Challenge Program is a summer event for students to participate in fun, enriched classes and elective activities. This year's theme is "Galactic Mission." The Day Program (PreK-Grade 4) will occur June 15-19. The Overnight Program (Grades 5-12) will occur June 14-19.
Saint Vincent College Faith and Reason Summer Program
This academic program is for high school students and provides an immersive introduction to St. Vincent’s Catholic, Benedictine, liberal arts mission. The 2026 program will run from June 21-27. To register or learn more information, please visit the website below.
SVC's Pre-College Program
The Pre-College Program at Saint Vincent College is designed for current juniors and seniors in local high schools who want to experience the college atmosphere, advance their current high school coursework in preparation for college, and do so at half the price of a typical undergraduate course. SVC's Scriptorium Literature Conference
Saint Vincent College will hold its second annual Scriptorium Conference on Literature on Friday, November 13, 2026. The English Department encourages high school students to submit papers of literary analysis to be considered for oral presentation at the conference. Phipps Conservatory
Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens welcomes homeschool families to extend your science education curriculum with on-site programming for children ages 2 – 13.
